Job Title: Registered Manager

At SCR, we are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Coventry area. Our service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live as independently as possible.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prior experience as a Registered Manager, preferably in Learning Disabilities
* Strong staff management skills
* Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
* Enthusiasm, passion, and determination to achieve Outstanding and deliver the highest quality person-centered care

What We Offer:
* A fantastic salary of up to £35,000
