Location - Chester
Salary - up to 50k basic (DOE)- and Flexible Benefits
Cameron James, a leading Independent Insurance Broker, is seeking a Commercial Account Handler to join their team due to continued growth. This is a unique opportunity for existing handlers looking for their next step or those wanting to move up from a SME Handling position to a Commercial Handling role.
The role involves the day-to-day handling of the existing portfolio of business for Renewals, Mid Term Adjustments, and New Business. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with clients, providing quotes for Commercial Business, and liaising with insurers to find the best deal for your client.
The Requirements of the Account Handler - General Insurance:
- Full Broking Exercises Undertaken on New Business and Renewals
- Dealing with premiums of £5k - 100k
- Present the options back to your client
- Build strong relationships with clients
- Providing Quotes for Commercial Business - Combined, Liability, Fleet and Package Policies
- New Business, Mid Term Adjustments and Renewals
The Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. They will also have a strong understanding of the insurance industry and be able to provide expert advice to clients.
