About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Estimator/Senior Estimator to join our award-winning Residential Developer based in Bournemouth. Due to sustained growth and a strong order book, we are looking to add to our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce detailed cost plans for volume residential schemes
  • Assist in developing best practices in refining the estimating function
  • Record and update benchmarking analysis of Project Cost Plans
  • Provide accurate quantity take-offs
  • Obtain quotes that match design and specification to agreed timescales
  • Produce cost plans in detailed formats to enable review by the project and development teams
Requirements

The ideal candidate would have experience working as an Estimator/Senior Estimator for a Residential Developer, Housebuilder, Main Contractor, or Civil Engineering company.
