Our mission is to provide holistic support to 11-25 year olds in London, addressing poverty and educational failure through long-term mentorship programs. As a Mentoring Manager, you will play a critical role in recruiting, training, and supervising local community mentors who will work with at-risk youth on a weekly basis for a minimum of 12 months. This hybrid role requires approximately 50% face-to-face interaction, with Mondays spent in our central London office.
