About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Solutions Architect to join our team at Morgan Philips Group. As a key member of our architecture function, you will be responsible for the strategic roadmap for the Oracle estate and act as the interface between key business stakeholders and the wider technology design, delivery, and support functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the evolution of the Oracle Cloud footprint to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Closely collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand their business objectives and requirements, and translate them into solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Conduct reviews and gap analysis on current processes and configuration, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate solution options, risks, and impacts on processes and systems to stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality solution architecture documentation to detail business processes and enable technical build and test activities.
  • Maintain a target Oracle architecture and associated roadmap aligned with business priorities.
  • Review and validate change requests and delivery partner solutions and cost estimates for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with Oracle and the wider IT strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance and efficiency, including analyzing existing processes and common pain points to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Five years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience is essential.
  • A track record as an Oracle Solution Architect or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful project implementations.
  • Expert knowledge of Oracle Fusion, with working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Resource Management (ERP), Supply Chain Management (SCM), and Human Capital Management (HCM).
  • Experience in IT product or application ownership.
  • A mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • A relevant qualification is highly desirable.
