Financial Controller

The Asset Financial Controller will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting business strategy development. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the Industrial Finance team for Vermont and Simcoe Manufacturing
- Contributing to drive financial performance through World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives
- Leading cost improvement, restructuring, capex, and sourcing projects
- Providing financial expertise and challenging ad hoc projects
- Leading process improvement and automation opportunities in Finance and Performance Management
- Monitoring cost controlling activities performed by colleagues in Supply Chain Financial Services (SCFS)
- Developing relationships to drive performance improvements in the SU and sharing best practices with colleagues
- Driving change and continuous improvement in the business and within finance
- Providing incisive and persuasive management performance reporting and analysis solutions
- Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree or CPA preferred with 5+ years of relevant finance work experience
- Business partnering experience with clear, focused, and sound financial assessment and guidance
- Prior work experience in Supply Chain Finance strongly preferred; SAP preferred
- Microsoft Office required; Advanced Excel required
This position is bonus eligible and LTI eligible.
