We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our Finance Team at First Base. In this role, you will contribute to our company's internal and external financial goals by managing various financial tasks and supporting the finance team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Purchase Ledger by ensuring invoices are entered accurately and on time.
- Perform Bank Reconciliations to keep all bank accounts and credit cards up to date.
- Support the finance team with any additional tasks as required.
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance or accounts position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word.
