The company's Compliance and Ethics function is a full-service in-house team, providing strategic advice across all business areas and developing its role as an integrated partner within the business.

Based in London's tech hub, the team is focused on ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to the Company's Code of Conduct and policies.

The Ethics & Investigation team within Compliance promotes an ethical culture across the organization, independently investigates and verifies ethics complaints fairly and transparently.

The team supports various verification and investigation tasks, including on-site and off-site legal violation investigations, employee complaints, and wrongdoing-related investigations.

The role involves:

  • Raising awareness of Ethics & Compliance policies and standards, including the Code of Conduct, amongst existing employees and leading the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Managing investigation-related activities with the highest quality and following globally recognized professional principles.
  • Developing and managing a robust case management system for managing and reporting investigation matters.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in fraud investigations, forensic, and related areas.

They will have excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to synthesize, summarize, and communicate important data in an objective and unbiased manner.

The candidate will also have a strong background in intelligence gathering, including familiarity with online resources, subscription services, public record checks, and current social media usage.
