Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Primary Care Sheffield (PCS). As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions to improve patient care and organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex data extraction and reporting solutions using Power BI.
- Provide authoritative information, guidance, and advice on analytical solutions and implementation, ensuring compliance with PCS policies, standards, and strategy.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to articulate their information requirements and advise on how data can be used to support business processes and decision making.
- Lead analytical development through the use of appropriate tools to extract, transform, query, and present data.
- Undertake data analysis, data modelling, and data predictives based upon identified business needs.
- Produce/contribute to effective tender responses, proposals, reports, and presentations to support business growth and service reporting.
- Promote a culture within the organisation that recognises the benefits of effective performance management.
- Substantial knowledge and experience of industry standard methodologies and tools, including data platforms, development methodologies and practices, reporting, and project management.
- Experience in the planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions specifically Power BI.
- Ability to communicate the business implications and underlying requirements of analytical solutions, methodologies, and technologies to internal stakeholders, and advise and assist them to reach decisions.
