The successful candidate will provide leadership for our housing strategy and operations, ensuring excellence in service delivery and quality assurance. With a strong background in housing management, you will have the ability to inspire teams and manage significant budgets.
This role would suit individuals operating as a Head of Housing or possibly a Senior Housing Manager looking to take the next step in their career. The organisation is committed to supporting the development of aspiring leaders.
About the role
- Substantial leadership experience in housing management with a sound understanding of housing legislation and regulation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire teams.
- Demonstrable success in managing budgets and achieving organisational targets.
- Experience in involving service users in shaping services.
- Proven ability to assess and manage risk in complex environments.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
