Maintenance Tradesperson

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Tradesperson to join our team in Gloucester. As a key member of our response team, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive repairs to commercial properties.

The ideal candidate will have experience in undertaking similar roles within commercial maintenance and possess skills in disciplines such as plumbing, carpentry, and plastering. You must also be able to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks efficiently.

About the Role:
  • Carrying out basic construction, fault finding, and general maintenance duties on commercial properties.
  • Maintaining a suitable van stock level and restocking these when needed.
  • Providing accurate and timely information on the progress of works.

This role involves driving a company vehicle, so you must hold a full valid UK driving license.
