SEN LSA, Complex Needs Specialist

About the Role:
GSL Education is seeking a dedicated SEN LSA, Complex Needs Specialist to join our team of professionals in providing exceptional support to students with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing one-on-one support to students with complex needs in classroom and educational settings.
- Assisting with personal care and mobility requirements as necessary.
- Supporting the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and external specialists to create a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students with complex needs or a willingness to learn and develop in this area.
- Empathy, patience, and a positive attitude towards supporting the learning and well-being of students.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of students and the school environment.
