About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Building Surveyor to lead our dynamic commercial building surveying team.

This role will be a 50/50 split between Building Surveying and Project Management, depending on the requirements of the business.

Job Purpose:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading contract administration and project management within the commercial sector.

Key responsibilities include conducting pre-acquisition surveys, technical due diligence, and managing refurbishment projects.

In addition, the ideal candidate will handle general building surveying tasks, including dilapidations and planned preventative maintenance (PPM).

What We're Looking For:

  • A MRICS qualification with a minimum of 3 years PQE and a degree in Building Surveying
  • Strong report writing skills and expertise in general building surveying
  • Proven experience in a proactive commercial environment, along with sound knowledge of building contracts
  • Confident communication skills, both verbally and in writing

What We Offer:

  • Flexible working arrangements and a competitive salary with a generous car allowance (£55,000 - £70,000)
