About The Role

As a Delivery Driver at GSF Car Parts, you will play a vital part in our team's success. You will be the face of our brand, delivering parts to customers and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will involve giving customer feedback insights and ensuring we meet our delivery promises.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver products to customers within a designated area
  • Provide high levels of customer service at all times
  • Share customer and competitor insights with the branch
  • Load vehicles according to procedures
  • Collect customer returns as required
  • Perform daily vehicle checks
  • Assist with warehouse tasks as needed
  • Support Inter-Branch Transfer Deliveries as required

Working Hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturday working, depending on branch needs.

About You:

  • Must hold a full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
  • Excellent knowledge of the branch's mile radius
  • Previous experience in a delivery driver role
  • Ability to understand the importance of excellent customer service
  • Good time management and deadline adherence
  • Customer-focused and driven to achieve results
