Nursery Practitioner Opportunity

Requirements and Qualifications:

  1. A Level 3 qualification recognized by the Early Years' Service, demonstrating your expertise in childcare and education.
  2. Experience supporting children with cerebral palsy is highly beneficial, showcasing your adaptability and dedication to meeting individual needs.
  3. Professional discretion and respect for confidentiality, ensuring a safe and trusting environment for all.
  4. Effective communication with parents, carers, and professionals, promoting a collaborative approach to the child's care.
  5. Ability to work as part of a team, reliable, punctual, patient, and caring, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality support.

Working Arrangements: 2 days per week (Monday and Friday) from 8:00am - 5:30pm, term-time only, fixed term, linked to the child's attendance.

Salary: £8,599 actual (£26,454 FTE), reflecting your value and expertise in this role.

Contract: eXede Ltd is acting as an Employment Business, and the successful applicant will be engaged by the agency on a PAYE basis. We are committed to the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults, with full applicant vetting processes, including enhanced DBS checks. This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act.
