Associate Director - Project Controls & Performance

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Programme Advisory team, specializing in Project Controls & Performance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering business transformation and controls & performance advisory services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement PMO, integrated controls & performance, functional set-up and optimisation, and digital transformation strategies.
  • Design and manage target operating models and organisational design for capital infrastructure delivery businesses, integrated controls & performance functions, and PMO set-ups.
  • Deliver workshops and training sessions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Deploy and tailor established methodologies, processes, tools, and systems to suit specific client needs.
  • Contribute to business generation activities, including bids and proposals.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading positions covering PMO/controls & performance roles in the Infrastructure sector.
  • Delivering complex business transformation programmes in the construction industry.
  • Strategy and set-up of target operating models and organisational design.
  • Supporting capability/maturity assessments and developing controls & performance integrated processes.
  • Computer literacy in Office 365 applications, diagramming tools, and specialist controls & performance software tools.
