Quantity Surveyor Role in Mechanical Contracting
Calco Services Limited is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have experience in the Mechanical sector and a strong understanding of quantity surveying principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of Mechanical sector projects
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure accurate cost estimates and budgeting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in the Mechanical sector as a Quantity Surveyor
- Able to commute to offices in Glasgow/Kilmarnock
