Job Description

Tarmac Trading Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to lead our surfacing technology efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical strategies to optimize project outcomes.

You will work closely with our project delivery team to manage and drive testing processes, provide technical expertise, and ensure team and business compliance with health and safety policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement technical strategies to optimize project outcomes
  • Manage and drive testing processes to ensure compliance with required standards
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to the project delivery team
  • Ensure team and business compliance with health and safety policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC/HND in a related discipline (desirable)
  • Technological management experience on multi-million-pound operational projects (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and familiarity with software applications (e.g., word, excel)

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum, bonus scheme, enhanced holiday entitlement, contributory pension scheme, and access to employee benefits.
