Operations Manager

The Operations Manager at Oceaneering is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the operations team and ensuring the successful execution of projects. This position requires a strong understanding of operations management principles and the ability to lead a team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the operations team to achieve business objectives and ensure the successful execution of projects.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure their success.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or Management preferred.
- Relevant Oilfield experience to include at least three (3) years of Administrative, Office or Operations Management experience.
- Strong understanding of operations management principles and practices.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues.
This position is considered OFFICE WORK which is characterized as follows:
- Almost exclusively indoors during the day and occasionally at night.
- Occasional exposure to airborne dust in the workplace.
- Work surface is stable (flat).
