We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the delivery of contracted scope.

The role will require the individual to work with minimal day-to-day supervision on the client's site, undertaking tasks to support site establishment and enabling works for a significant new build project.

The individual will be required to build strong relationships with the client organization to facilitate efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting the delivery of project deliverables to schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  2. Supporting the delivery of area/scope of work in analysing, progress chasing, or providing underpinning or summary analysis.
  3. Supporting the exchanges of relevant and timely information to support successful delivery.
  4. Supporting in the capture, analysis, and testing of stakeholder statements via requirements capture, configuration control, and validation/verification.
  5. Supporting in the determination of the optimum solution through optioneering and problem solving.
  6. Supporting the PM/SPM at Project Performance Accountability Meetings with the IPT to ensure accurate and timely Project Reports.
  7. Supporting the PM/SPM in monitoring and holding Leads to account for actual and forecast progress.
  8. Supporting Risk, Issues, and Opportunity management, proactively and continually contributing to their identification and mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years' of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational skills.
