We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team at Premier Christian Communications Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in maintaining strong financial controls and ensuring smooth financial management.

This is a dynamic and varied position that will oversee all aspects of our day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. You will support multiple sites and projects by managing key processes such as budgeting, payroll, Gift Aid, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of all accounting operations, including accounts payable, income receivable, and cash flow management.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements for trustees, elders, site teams, and ministry leaders.
  • Management of payroll, pension schemes, and staff expenses.
  • Timely and accurate submission of Gift Aid claims.
  • Oversight of month-end and year-end financial processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Preparation of annual accounts for independent review.
  • Organisation of Finance Committee meetings, including agenda setting and minute-taking.
  • Management of payments, receipts, and reconciliation of bank accounts, ensuring smooth cash flow.
  • Development and improvement of financial systems, processes, and controls.
