Housing Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Inspire North. As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to vulnerable adults, helping them to achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify individual support needs, developing personalized support plans to maximize independence and facilitate successful transitions into independent living.
  • Deliver high-quality housing-related support to clients with complex needs, including those who may be homeless, isolated, or facing challenges such as substance misuse, mental health issues, or isolation.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, networking with relevant agencies to secure specialized support and services.
  • Assist clients in securing and maintaining accommodation, providing ongoing support to ensure successful tenancies.

Requirements:

  • A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work.
