High-Performance Equipment Trainer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Equipment Trainer to join our team at Post 2 Post Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge garage equipment and make a tangible difference in clients' operations.
As an Equipment Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions to technicians and staff across the UK, ensuring they feel confident and skilled with the new tools and equipment at their disposal.
Key Responsibilities:- Travel extensively across the UK to deliver training sessions on newly installed equipment, such as Wheel Alignment Systems, Tyre Changers, Wheel Balancers, and Drive-through Inspection Equipment.
- Adapt training methods to suit different learning styles, making technical information accessible and engaging.
- Work closely with installation and technical teams to ensure seamless handovers and comprehensive training.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing clients' confidence and enthusiasm for their new equipment.
- Offer post-training support, addressing follow-up questions and providing troubleshooting assistance when necessary.
- Automotive Background: You have experience in the automotive industry, with a good understanding of technical equipment, particularly geometry equipment and its applications in a garage setting.
- Technical Aptitude: You're comfortable with the mechanics of garage equipment and able to answer in-depth questions on functionality and maintenance.
- Engaging Personality: This isn't a dry desk job; you're someone who can bring energy to a room, connect with people, and make technical training enjoyable.
- Travel-Ready: You'll be on the road frequently, so flexibility and a love for travel are key.
- Salary: £45,000 (estimated, based on the role's requirements and location)
