Job Description
As a Homecare Assistant with City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients. We offer a supportive and inclusive environment where you can develop your skills and knowledge as a care professional.

The role involves assisting our clients with personal care, managing their medication, and providing emotional support. You will also help with practical tasks such as shopping and housework. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will need to be able to work effectively with individuals who may have complex needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £11.90 per hour, plus mileage reimbursement. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, death in service payment, pension scheme, and access to our benefits and wellbeing platform. You will also receive 28 days annual leave (pro rata) and be eligible for our refer a friend scheme.

Requirements
You do not need any prior experience in social care, as we provide comprehensive training to all new employees. However, you must be willing to learn and adapt to new situations quickly. You should be compassionate, patient, and able to work effectively in a team. A full UK driving license is also desirable.
