About The Role:

SMT GB seeks an MPC Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Maintenance and Project Control department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare documentation for machine arrivals and dispatches.
  • Book machine and article deliveries into the Integrated Dealer Management System and related platforms.
  • Issue required CE certifications from Immingham.
  • Raise and close cases for monthly Machine Storage Inspections, resolving queries as needed.
  • Post engineer labour data from PDA or manual timesheets into IDMS.
  • Review, approve, or reject cases from other depots.
  • Complete Notification of Delivery routine when machines are dispatched.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as bookings and statement submissions.
  • Upload documents to SMT safety databases.
  • Provide cover for the Team Leader and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
