Support Administrator

About The Role:
SMT GB seeks an MPC Support Administrator to provide essential administrative support to the Maintenance and Project Control department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare documentation for machine arrivals and dispatches.
- Book machine and article deliveries into the Integrated Dealer Management System and related platforms.
- Issue required CE certifications from Immingham.
- Raise and close cases for monthly Machine Storage Inspections, resolving queries as needed.
- Post engineer labour data from PDA or manual timesheets into IDMS.
- Review, approve, or reject cases from other depots.
- Complete Notification of Delivery routine when machines are dispatched.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as bookings and statement submissions.
- Upload documents to SMT safety databases.
- Provide cover for the Team Leader and adhere to health, safety, and quality standards.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with:
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritise a diverse workload effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
