Regional Sales Development Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans to achieve revenue targets, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining excellent relationships with existing customers.
You will be working closely with our internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of sales, profit, and volume targets for your assigned area. You will also be expected to maintain and strategically grow the customer base and market share in your assigned area, making us the partner of choice for solutions and range.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in field sales, with a strong understanding of the hospitality, food & catering market. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working, enhanced annual leave, company pension, and professional development opportunities.
