Drive Sales Growth in Healthcare Education and Resuscitation Training

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in driving sales growth for our healthcare education and resuscitation training products. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs and expectations, and providing relevant solutions to support our company goals and targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the UK market, focusing on strategically important products and core products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer leadership, securing trust and confidence in our products and services.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to close, including opportunity management, lead allocation, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including tenders and sales initiatives, to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, and provide support to internal stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a science, technical, healthcare, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales experience, with a track record of success in a field or inside sales-based role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, creativity, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and planning skills.
