Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to budget.
  • Manage project resources, including personnel and materials.
  • Oversee project health and safety, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with operations support to prioritize activities and ensure project success.
  • Manage project financials, including budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations applicable to construction projects.
  • Project Management methodology experience and/or professional qualification.
  • Ability to analyze and challenge data to ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation.
  • Full UK driving license with own transport essential.
