About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ecologist to join our team as a Senior to Principal Bat Ecologist. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ecology and a passion for conservation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex ecological projects and provide technical advice to clients.
  • Develop and implement effective conservation strategies for protected species.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality projects and reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in ecology.
Requirements
  • Degree-level qualification in ecology or a related field.
  • Full membership of the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management (CIEEM).
  • Level 2 Bat Licence.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in project management and client liaison.
  • Excellent knowledge of best practice survey techniques and relevant wildlife legislation.
