Assistant Retail Store Manager

The Recruitment Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Retail Manager to join our team in St. Andrews.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the store manager in supervising daily tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
- Lead and supervise retail staff, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and performance.
- Take charge of business operations when the store manager is absent, making informed decisions to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintain optimal stock levels, and ensure the store's visual appeal is consistently high.
- Report on day-to-day activities and sales strategies, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
- Prior supervisory or assistant manager experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Experience in window dressing and visual merchandising, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating an engaging store environment.
- Strong interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
