Drama Teacher - Wayman Learning Trust

We are seeking an exceptional Drama Teacher to join our team at Wayman Learning Trust in Cheltenham. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students, delivering a rich and varied curriculum that ignites a passion for the subject.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Drama to Key Stage 3 and 4 students
  • Develop and deliver a curriculum that meets the needs of all learners
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and guidance to support improvement
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of Drama and its application in the classroom
  • Valid PGCE or QTS qualification
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
