About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Administrator to join our busy customer support team at The One Group. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for supporting a fleet of vehicles and their drivers, scheduling deliveries and collections in the Cambridgeshire area.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with customers, manage workflow and deliver exceptional service. You will also be expected to work Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm in a fully office-based environment at Bar Hill.
