At Richard James Recruitment Specialists Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our treasury functions, including cash management, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in treasury operations, with a strong understanding of cash management principles and practices. You will be responsible for executing day-to-day cash management, performing daily cash reporting, and monitoring and managing cash flows to ensure sufficient funds are available to meet payment obligations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Reconciling assigned bank accounts daily
  • Executing foreign exchange and money market deposits
  • Preparing weekly payment runs
  • Identifying improvements in current bank and cash management processes to streamline and reduce costs
  • Liaising with relevant staff across all locations to ensure bank mandates are maintained and kept up to date
