We are seeking an experienced Senior Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary team at Newbarn School and residential homes in Berkshire.

About the Role:

This is a permanent, term-time only contract with potential for full-time, offering 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To progress occupational therapy services for individuals with varying levels of functioning and complex needs.
  • Collaborate with professionals to meet the needs of vulnerable individuals.
  • Analyze data to inform service delivery and development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant occupational therapy qualification and HCPC registration.
  • Experience managing teams and working with adults and/or children with autism and additional needs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively.
  • Substantial post-qualification experience and evidence of continuing professional development.
