Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit Consultants and Senior Consultants who can make a significant contribution to the Capital Markets Regulatory Practice through expertise and supporting delivery of new business opportunities. The role will entail working across all types of financial institutions in the market to support them navigate and deliver against key regulatory objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

This role requires people who have a good understanding of capital markets/investment banking coupled with strong change management experience and prior success, either as a management consultant or within a change role in a financial services institution. In-depth experience gained in either consulting or industry with exposure to shaping and delivering significant programmes, particularly in regulatory-driven change, operating model analysis and design, and architecture simplification.

Estimated Salary

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
