Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Defendant Serious Injury Solicitor to join our team at a Top 100 law firm based in Liverpool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Defendant Serious Injury RTA and EL/PL files, working closely with Partners on high-value Catastrophic Injury cases.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a Chambers-rated, national law firm with a strong reputation in the market. You will have the chance to work on a varied caseload of files, including brain injury, spinal injury, amputation, and fatal cases. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a caseload of Defendant Serious Injury RTA and EL/PL files
  • Work closely with Partners on high-value Catastrophic Injury cases
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and attend court hearings as required
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working on Serious Injury/Catastrophic cases
  • Strong knowledge of Defendant Serious Injury law and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
