We are seeking a skilled Pricing Manager to join our UK Commercial Lines insurance pricing team at Aviva. As a Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technical and market pricing for Commercial SME products.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in an award-winning UK Commercial Lines insurance business, driving and influencing growth and profit. You will work closely with colleagues from across the business to identify opportunities for profitable growth and deliver for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and prioritize workload with business objectives
- Lead others with a focus on people development and building capability
- Experience of effective stakeholder engagement and management
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a smart manner and as part of a team
What We Offer:
- Salary circa £75,000, depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bonus opportunity - 10% of annual salary actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's
