Turtle Bay Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of customer service and food quality are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in the management of the restaurant, including staff supervision, customer service, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence in all aspects of the restaurant's operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure that team members are equipped to succeed.
- Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to ensure that the restaurant operates within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure that we receive the best possible products and services.

Requirements
