Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the success of the Broadband Battery Backup product line, ensuring timely delivery of firmware releases and product lifecycle management
  • Work closely with the Product Manager to develop and implement product strategy, governance, and roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform product development and innovation
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with product launches and firmware releases
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track business performance and success metrics
  • Define and prioritize new product features to enhance customer experience and outcomes
  • Support the rollout of firmware and launch activities

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Product Specialist role or similar, with a passion for consumer products in the connected home sector
  • Good understanding of the Broadband marketplace and Connected Home Devices
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead group sessions and discussions
  • Reliable, self-organized, and pragmatic, with a "Can-do" and "Hands-on" attitude
  • Strong initiative and ability to work independently or collaboratively as a team
  • Ability to work across multi-functional, multi-level, and cultural boundaries to deliver services and change
