Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our global oncology clinical development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and reporting clinical trials to ensure timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance.

This role requires a strong understanding of clinical operations, project management, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You will work closely with our global clinical development team to develop and implement clinical strategies, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global clinical development strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, execute, and report clinical trials.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of clinical services.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including ICH/GCP guidelines and GSK SOPs.
  • Collaborate with global clinical development team to develop and implement clinical strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related discipline.
  • Considerable clinical development experience, equivalent to 3 years as a global study leader.
  • Proven operational experience of leading high-performing global study teams in oncology clinical trials.
  • Strong leadership, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience leading in the matrix environment to deliver projects, develop clinical plans, and manage change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven clinical development experience across all phases of development (I-IV).
  • Highly developed communication skills to promote effective decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in proactive issue identification and solution development for cross-functional matrix teams.
