Registered Care Manager

Hours: 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday, with occasional on-call duties
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our specialist service in Trafford, Manchester. Our team provides care and support for adults with severe and enduring mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, local authorities, and other stakeholders to maintain high standards of care and compliance.
- Oversee the implementation of policies, procedures, and practices to ensure the highest standards of care for residents.
- Conduct regular audits and ensure timely follow-up actions to maintain regulatory compliance and provide quality care.
About the Role:
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of skilled professionals who provide care and support for adults with complex mental health needs. You will work closely with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing care services for adults with mental health conditions.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders.
