About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Aramark. As a Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding our team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and guide the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints efficiently
  • Assist with ordering and stock management
  • Conduct daily team briefs and assist management with tasks
  • Motivate and lead the team to achieve business objectives
  • Operate the till and handle cash transactions
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
