Accelerator Technician Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and level 3 qualified individual to join our team as an Accelerator Technician. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with an experienced franchise Service Leader and be mentored by the 'best of the best' Ford trained Vehicle Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on customer vehicles, including clutch replacement and cam belt replacement
  • Utilise your mechanical knowledge and training with the support from your mentor to service and maintain customer vehicles from brake pads and tyres to oil and filter checks
  • Work with your mentor on a daily basis to hone your skills and complete an in-depth practical assessment programme

Requirements:

  • A thirst for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Highly motivated with a great attitude to succeed
  • Highly organised and able to work to assessment deadlines and agreed workloads
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Capability and confidence in using equipment within a workshop environment
