As a Senior Support Worker Lead, you will play a vital role in supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to achieve their full potential and reach their goals.
About the Role
- Supporting young people in all aspects of daily life within our residential care setting.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to ensure young people continue to develop new skills and interests.
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes emotional well-being and stability.
Requirements
- Mandatory level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent.
- Proven experience working in a children's residential care setting as a support worker or senior support worker.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with young people, families, and colleagues.
