Area Services Director

Hestia is a leading charity dedicated to supporting vulnerable women and children in London. We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to join our senior operations team and help us deliver high-quality services that make a real difference in people's lives.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading and managing complex projects, as well as experience of developing and implementing innovative service models.
Key Requirements:- A degree in a relevant field, such as social work or management.
- Significant experience of working in a leadership role, preferably in a charitable or public sector organisation.
- Experience of managing budgets and resources effectively.
- A strong understanding of the needs of vulnerable women and children and the importance of providing high-quality services that meet those needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
