This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance professional to lead and develop the local accounting team as well as partner with the senior leadership team to drive commercially focused decisions.

As the finance manager, you will:

  • Lead and develop the local accounting team in a motivational and supervisory capacity.
  • Business partner with operational leadership to aid commercial decision-making.
  • Ensure a robust control environment within finance and the wider business.
What You'll Need to Succeed

Our client is looking for an experienced, fully qualified finance leader with a background in either manufacturing, FMCG, or pharmaceutical industries.

The ability to business partner with senior non-finance stakeholders and manage a small experienced finance team is critical for this role, as well as strong technical accounting skills and the enthusiasm to take on a hands-on role at times.

It is essential that you have management level experience of costing and other manufacturing-specific nuances and are able to influence decision makers at the executive level.
