The Company Overview:
We are Prosper Consulting, a leading provider of Chartered Building Surveying and Project Management services. We pride ourselves on our personable culture, where you get to know all your colleagues and their families. Our office is open-plan, with Directors actively working within the teams.

The Role: We are looking for a talented Assistant Building Surveyor to join our growing Central London team. The ideal candidate will have between 1-3 years of experience and be confident in taking an immediate hands-on role in delivering an excellent service to our clients. Support is available, and we will put you through your APC within the next 12-18 months. A RICS Assessor is already part of our team.

The Job Requirements:
• 1-3 years of experience as an Assistant Building Surveyor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools
• APC qualification or willingness to pursue it
