Senior Broker Opportunity in Leeds

We are seeking an experienced Senior Broker to join our Corporate Risks Division in Leeds. As a Senior Broker, you will play a key role in managing large global programs and engaging with clients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage global client relationships and develop new business opportunities
  • Work closely with Account Directors to retain and generate new business
  • Provide technical support for complex or high-priority relationships
  • Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and compliance standards
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in the insurance industry with global skills across multiple lines of insurance
  • Acturis system knowledge is desirable
  • ACII or working towards is ideal
  • Strong communication and client handling skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
