HVAC Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team in the M3/M4 South area. Our client, a leading HVAC company, offers a complete turnkey solution for the installation, service, maintenance, fault finding and repair on a range of HVAC equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, maintain, fault find and repair air conditioning systems, including VRV/VRF's, Split Units, Chillers, AHUs & Cold Rooms.
  • Work with a proven track record in the air conditioning industry, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless project delivery and meet client expectations.
Requirements:
  • Apprenticeship served within the air conditioning industry (not essential)
  • Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or equivalent
  • 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants (F-Gas)
  • Full Driving Licence
  • Experience with service, maintenance, fault finding and repair
  • Live in the M3/M4 South region (Southampton, Portsmouth etc)
What We Offer:
  • Basic Salary up to 42,000 DOE
  • Company Van - Optional Personal Use of the vehicle
  • Profit share scheme applicable after 12 months' service - Up to 3,600 tax free
  • Overtime paid at 1.5x
  • 40 hour working week, travel paid after 30 mins each way
  • On call allowance (1 in 4/5, 1,200 guaranteed - if called out Travel Paid door to door)
  • Pension
  • 22 days' holidays plus bank holidays this will increase to 25 days after 5 years and 30 days after 10 years.
