About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Electronics Engineer to join our team at Lavazza Professional UK. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and verifying new electrical and electronic systems for our vending machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop new electrical and electronic sub-assemblies and components
  • Create and maintain design and manufacturing specifications for new and existing electrical and electronic products
  • Manage internal electrical and electronic developments from concept to introduction, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations
  • Collaborate with other departments and project members to achieve the delivery of equipment projects
Requirements
  • Honours degree in electronics
  • Member of IET and Engineering Council
  • Sound grounding in electronics theory (analogue, power, and digital)
  • Understanding of electrical design theory and practice (up to 230V)
  • Knowledge of legal standards and their application
  • Experience with electronics CAD (Altium) and electronic circuit simulation, design analysis, and mathematical modelling tools
